Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders from our warehouses in Hawke's Bay and Waikato.
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch within 2 working days (Monday-Friday). Occasionally items may be split into multiple packages to arrive faster or to accommodate size/weight logistics: you may receive separate tracking details.
Carriers
We use trusted carriers including NZ Post, Aramex, PBT and Mainfreight.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel.
Shipping Rates
We charge the following flat-rate shipping fees:

Small items … $15 NZD (NZ)

Medium items … $25 NZD (NZ)

Large items or surfboard — North Island … $60 NZD

Large items or surfboard — South Island … $80 NZD
Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

North Island (main centres): 2-4 working days after dispatch

North Island (rural/remote): 3-5 working days after dispatch

South Island: 3-5 working days after dispatch

Larger items / surfboards may take up to 7-10 working days depending on carrier schedules and region
Please note: delivery times are estimates only. Public holidays, weather, rural delivery schedules and carrier loads may affect timing.
Multiple-Package Orders
If your order ships in more than one parcel, each will carry its own tracking number and may arrive at slightly different times. We recommend waiting until all parcels are delivered before assuming a missing item.

We currently ship within New Zealand only (unless otherwise arranged).

We do not ship to PO Boxes

If your address is rural/remote, an extra delay may apply. You may wish to provide a workplace address for smoother delivery.

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct and someone will be available to sign / receive the parcel if required. Missed deliveries may result in additional fees or redelivery costs, for which we may ask you to cover.
